Our philosophy is simple: autonomy breeds empowerment. That’s why we offer a holistic program of wrap-around services designed to meet each Guest’s unique needs. With customized care, case management, recovery support, adventure experiences, health and spirituality programs, and family engagement, our Guests have the freedom to engage in the areas that serve them best—without rigid requirements. Here, growth is guided by compassion and respect, not restrictions.
At Arch, you have variety of support available. You can embark on biweekly adventures with our Adventure Coordinator, train with our personal trainer, attend a 12-step alumni speaker meeting, or practice meditation and breathwork with our Spirituality Director. You can engage in therapeutic groups led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or a Mindset Coach, or work with your own therapist and sponsor outside of our program. Around the clock Peer Support Staff are always available for whatever you need.
At Arch to Freedom, it’s all available, but very little is mandatory or decided for you. It’s your life, your program—not ours.
Case Management isn’t just a part of our program—it’s a program within the program and the foundation of what we do. It serves as the launching point for every Guest’s Individualized Growth Plan, ensuring they have the structure and support needed to succeed.
Every Guest at Arch to Freedom receives dedicated support tailored to their unique journey. While our foundation remains the same—providing structure, accountability, and community—each person’s experience looks different.
Nothing strengthens confidence and connection like adventure. Our Adventure Coordinator, Brian Nealy, leads incredible outings, taking residents kayaking, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, and through high-ropes courses.
A well-rounded life includes both physical well-being and spiritual growth. Spirituality is about finding deeper meaning, connection, and purpose—whether through personal reflection, relationships, or something greater.
Recovery and mental health go hand in hand. As a dual-diagnosis aftercare program, we provide support for individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of their history or diagnosis.
